Steps:
1. Take a small pan.
2. Pour inside 250ml of balsamic vinegar then turn on the fire at a small scale.
3. When it starts to boil, begin to mix one tablespoon of honey.
4. Repeat the process 2 more times until you have a total of 3 tablespoons of honey inside your mix.
5. Gently stir the mix until it loses 75% of water.
